Rooftop salvage account
A red flare crossed three roofs. The crew came in over a cable, through a drain, and up the flooded stairs. Road signs and hotel panels served as armor.
They took the camp's water filter. One runner found a child's inhaler in a bag and brought the bag back. Then they cut the bridge behind them. There was no time to decide what the return had meant.
Crew law
Expect an approach from more than one height and an exit built to collapse after them. One essential object is usually the prize. They will rescue strangers from a failing structure, then claim salvage rights over what the rescue leaves behind.
A good map matters to them. So does a working filter. Admit what you don't know; honest uncertainty earns more respect than a false route.
